Terms of Sales
Preamble
The site is the property of David Bertrand ( Lettrage Velo) in its entirety, as well as all the rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owner. However, links of the hypertext type to the site are authorized without specific requests.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Lettrage Velo and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation.
2. Products
The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field. If errors are introduced, in no case, the responsibility of Lettrage Velo can not be engaged.
3. Order
Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Lettrage Velo confirms the acceptance of his order to the customer at the email address that he will have communicated. The sale will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed. Lettrage velo reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information given by the buyer, when taking the order, commits him: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.
Holidays: the closing periods are indicated on the site. No shipments are made during this time. You can order but shipments will only be made when the workshop reopens.
3. Delivery
The delivery will be made by La Poste. The amount of the shipping costs is fixed and includes the costs of packaging, order processing and shipping.
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated when registering the order.
It is specified that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by postal services .
The products ordered are transported at the risk and peril of the recipient.
Only shipments by Registered Mail, Colissimo Tracking France, Colissimo Recommandé France and Courrier International Recommandé may be the subject of a claim for possible compensation.
5. Withdrawal
You have 14 days (from receipt of the articles) to form an opinion. In the event of an exchange or refund, return the new item(s) in its (their) original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation to the address next :

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Lettrage Velo is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is made within a maximum period of 15 days.
Note that personalized products and personal orders cannot benefit from this right of withdrawal.
6. Price
The price is expressed in euros.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price.
Exceptional discounts or discount codes are to be entered in the coupon code area at the first stage of the ordering process in the basket. It will not be possible to make a discount once the order has been validated if this code is not formally entered at this stage.
7. Payment
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Lettrage Velo.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
Payment is made by credit card bearing the initials CB or Paypal.
Your credit card number is directed to the Stripe servers, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the store's server, a guarantee that is all the more important as your numbers are known only to our banking partner (Stripe). The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail. Furthermore, Lettrage Velo reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
8. Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. Lettrage Velo cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which may result from a malfunction or misuse of the products marketed.
9. Applicable law
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.
All disputes relating to the commercial relationship between you and us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Aurillac
